Trigram Realty Services is prepared to assist you with all phases of the design and construction of your new facility.  We will work with you to design a conceptual building layout that will assure that your new building will perform in accordance with your needs.  We will make sure that all the requirements that you have will be incorporated into your new facility.

This is done through an interview process, site visitation, and existing facility inspection.  Some of the items that will be addressed include the purpose for which the building is needed and what are some of the required design elements – manufacturing requirements, utility needs, clear space requirements, material logistics, office spaces, access and interior lighting requirements, interior and exterior finish, and anticipated building operating costs.

The next consideration will be financing the new facility.  We can assist with the preparation of project narratives, budgets, cost projections and lender processing.
